摘 要:以聚醚砜(PES)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和α-Al2O3粉体为原料,水为凝固浴,采用相转化法和高温烧结技术制备氧化铝陶瓷膜.考察了凝固浴中NMP质量分数和烧结温度等对膜结构和形貌的影响.试验结果表明,当NMP质量分数大于20%,成膜性能下降;在烧结过程中,有机物质分解挥发,初生膜的多层分离结构得到保留,且随着烧结温度的提高,Al2O3粒子晶粒逐渐增大,最终形成陶瓷膜结构.Alumina ceramic membranes were prepared via phase inversion and sintering methods by using poly(ether sulfone)(PES), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) and a-AI203 powder as raw materials, water as coagulation bath. The effects of mass fraction of NMP and sintering temperature on the structure and morphology of the membrane were studied. The results indicated that the property of membrane forming became poorer when the mass fraction of NMP was above 20%. During sintering process, the organic matter decomposed and evaporated, while the multilayer structure of the membrane remained. As the sintering temperature increased, Al2O3 grains kept growing and eventually formed the structure of ceramic membrane.
