乡村土地旅游化流转的风险评价研究

摘　　要：土地流转是乡村旅游开发中使用农村集体土地的一个有效途径,但乡村土地的旅游化流转也会对乡村土地生态系统的粮食安全、收益分配、土地利用结构、乡村生态和乡村特色产生一些威胁。运用风险矩阵对乡村土地旅游化流转风险进行了初步评价,结果较好地区分了乡村土地旅游化流转方面面临的主要风险因素,可以为政府进行风险管理提供参考借鉴。Land transfer has been the effective ways to use collective land during the development of rural tourism, but land transfer for tourism will bring a little menace to food security, revenue distribution, land use structure, rural ecology and rural feature. This paper evaluates the risk level on rural land transfer for tourism based on risk matrix method. The result can distinguish the significance of different risk category on rural land transfer for tourism, so it can be a reference for relate manager to take measures for reducing land transfer risk during the develooment of rural tourism.
