摘  要:以醋酸镍、醋酸钴为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,采用均相沉淀法合成了纯的尖晶石型链状纳米NiCo2O4(F),其结构和性能经XRD,SEM,TEM和振动样品磁强计(VSM)表征。研究了分散剂聚乙二醇对F结构、形貌及磁性能的影响。结果表明:350℃煅烧6 h可以得到单相F;未加入PEG-600时F的组成粒径为15 nm,链长为150 nm;加入PEG-600后F粒径减小至9 nm,链长增加至220 nm;F的剩磁和矫顽力都趋近于零,呈现超顺磁性,加入PEG后F的饱和磁化强度明显提高。The spinel-type NiCo204 (F) with nanochain structure was prepared via homogeneous pre- cipitation method from Co(CHaCO0)2 ·4H20 and Ni(CH3COO)2 · 4H20, using urea as the pre- cipitator and polyethylene glycol 600 ( PEG 600) as the disperser. The structure was characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and VSM. The effect of PEG on the structure, morphology and magnetic properties of F were investigated. The results showed that the precursor can be transformed into single-phase F by calcining at 350℃for 6 h with the diameter of 15 nm and the length of 150 nm, which exhibited superparamagnetism. With the addition of PEG 600, the length of F was increased to 220 nm and the diameter was decreased to 9 nm, which exhibited higher saturation magnetization.
