摘 要:为了解决逆变器开关器件低耐压值及开关管损耗和效率问题,分析了H桥级联型5电平逆变器的工作原理,并基于g-h坐标系实现了一种新型的具有灵活矢量作用顺序的3段式SVPWM调制算法。这种调制算法可以最小化甚至消除额外的器件开关频率,减小器件的开关损耗,并降低输出电压谐波。仿真结果表明,在相同的载波频率下,和传统7段式调制策略相比,3段式调制策略降低了器件的真实开关频率,并使逆变器的输出电压谐波明显降低。In order to get the solution of the lower voltage endurance, the value of losses and efficiency of inverter switching devices, the works of H-bridge cascade five-level inverter were analyzed, achieving the traditional seven- segment SVPWM control technology on the basis of a simplified SVPWM algorithm based on the g-h coordinate system. With flexible order of three-segment modulation design, the extra switching can be made lowest or even eliminated, the switching losses and the output voltage harmonics will be reduced. According to the simulation, compared to conventional seven- segment control strategy, under the same carrier frequency, the three- segment control strategy has lower actual switching frequency and good harmonic characteristics.
