摘　　要：提出了基于Modbus-Profibus串行网关的高压变频器远程监控系统方案,并对监控系统各构成部分的作用进行了说明。在介绍串行网关主要技术参数和通讯协议的基础上,详细介绍了Modbus-Profibus网关的硬线连接、在STEP7环境下的硬件配置方法以及PLC编程实现与网关之间的数据传输方法。基于Modbus-Profibus串行网关的高压变频器远程监控方案在高炉除尘风机高压变频监控系统中的实际运行效果,证明了该方案的可行性和有效性。The high voltage frequency converter remote control system was put forward based on Modbus- Profibus serial gateway, and the monitoring system of the role of each part were illustrated.Based on the serial gateway main technical parameters and the communication protocol, introduced the Modbus-Profibus gateway hard line connection, STEP7 in environment of hardware configuration method and the data transmission method between PLC programming and gateway. Based on Modbus-Profibus serial gateway of the high voltage frequency converter remote control scheme in the blast furnace dust removal fan high voltage frequency converter control system of actual operation effect, prove the feasibility and validity of this solution.
