摘 要:日本女性M型就业模式的出现,是传统的"男主外,女主内"的性别分工模式与二战后日本经济发展对女性劳动力需求的增长相结合的产物。M型就业模式在不影响女性完成其家庭角色的前提下,一定程度上满足了女性参与社会的意愿,逐渐成为日本女性的典型就业模式。20世纪90年代以来,随着日本社会经济的变化、未婚女性的增多和已婚女性就业率的提高,女性M型就业模式的底部逐渐上升,并呈现出向倒U型就业模式转化的趋势。今后这种趋势将会进一步增强。The emergence of the Japanese female's M-shaped employment mode is a combined product about the traditional gender division of "Men outside,women inside" and Japanese economic development on female labor force demand growth since World War II.In the premise without affecting the women completed their family role,M-shaped employment mode are becoming typical employment mode of Japanese females,because it meets the female's willingness to participate in society to some extent.Since the 1990s,With the Japanese socio-economic changes,unmarried women increased and the improvement of the employment rate of married women,the bottom of female's M-shaped employment mode gradually rise,and show to the inverted U-shaped employment mode transformation tendency.With the Social growth in the demand for female labor due to Japan's declining birthrate and aging,and along with the men and women to participate in the promotion of social,the conversion trend of employment mode from the M mode to the inverted U-shaped mode will be further enhanced.
