贮丝柜底带电机频率对卷烟生产的影响

摘　　要：对烟丝配送中贮丝柜不同出料速度影响卷烟质量的测试和分析发现:出料速度过快,易造成烟丝配送不均匀;出料速度过慢,则会造成配送烟丝后的卷烟质量降低.研究结果表明:贮丝柜出料速度取决于底带电机的频率;贮丝柜的底带电机频率控制在22～25Hz时,烟丝配送的质量最好,有利于提高卷烟质量.Through testing and analyzing, it is found that different discharging speed of the cut filler silo effects the quality of cigarettes, and the cut tobacco distribution is une- ven if discharging speed is too fast, and too slow, and dis- charging speed leads to the lower quality of cigarettes. The results shows that, the speed of cut filler silo is determined by the frequency of motor on the tail band, and the cut to- bacco distribution quality is the best, when the frequency of motor on the tail band is controlled in 22-25 Hz, to im- prove the quality of cigarette.
