摘  要:采用滤纸片法和胞外酶定性筛选培养基对云南3个盐矿(乔后盐矿、一平浪盐矿和昆明盐矿)真菌进行抗菌活性筛选和产胞外酶筛选,并通过显微形态特征的观察对活性菌株进行鉴定,同时对活性较好的菌株进行NaCl的耐受实验。结果筛选到有抗菌活性的菌株51株,其中有26株对白假丝酵母(Candida albicans)有抗菌活性;产胞外酶活性的菌株有67株,产纤维素酶、蛋白酶和淀粉酶的菌株各有58株、41株和26株。活性菌株的优势属均为青霉属Penicillium。活性菌株对NaCl有不同程度的耐受性。The study was to screen antimicrobial activity by the scrip method and produced extracellular enzyme activity in fungi isolated from three salt mines (Qiaohou salt mine,Yipinglan salt mine and Kunming salt mine) in Yun- nan. These ative strains were identified by morphology and test of salt tolerance. The results that fifty-one strains possessing antimierobial activity were screened, among them twenty-six having antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans; sixty-seven strains produced extraeellular enzymatic activity, 58 strains eellulase, 41 strains proteinase, 96 strains amylase. Penicillium was the obviously dominant genus among these active strains. The active strains had different degrees of tolerance to NaC1.
