中年CD-1小鼠背海马syntaxin1水平的改变

摘　　要：应用免疫组化技术检测13月龄(中年)和5月龄CD-1小鼠背海马突触前蛋白syntaxin 1的表达水平。结果显示,13月龄小鼠齿状回、CA1及CA3区各层syntaxin 1的相对含量较5月龄均显著下降。表明中年CD-1小鼠背海马syntaxin 1含量全面下调。Using immunohistochemistry method,the level of syntaxin1 in drosal hippocampus of the CD-1 mice at age of 5-month and 13-month（middle-aged） was explored.The result showed that the 13-month-old mice had significantly lower level of syntaxin1 in all stratums of dentate gyrus,CA1 and CA3 subfields in drosal hippocampus in comparsion with the 5-month-old mice.The result suggest that there is reduced syntaxin1 in the dorsal hippocampus of the middle-aged CD-1 mice.
