摘  要:介绍了越南某电厂1×330MW工程除灰渣系统的设计和调试情况,对调试过程中渣斗水位偏低、碎渣机卡涩、溢流水泵选用、除灰系统优化等问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的主要措施及灰渣系统运行的合理化建议。The design and commissioning process of the removal of ash and slag from W-flame boiler of a power plant 330 MW unit in Vietnam were introduced in this paper. The abnormalities existing in the design and operation of ash and slag removal system, such as cracker and overflow pump, were analyzed during the commissioning process. These resolution methods and suggestions which remove these questions were also proposed herein.
