摘　　要：直流电机在运行时,电刷与换向器之间很容易产生火花,而火花对电机的运行会带来危害。本文以直流电机启动运行工况为例,介绍了电刷处火花较大的原因,阐述了相关处理方法,可为现场调试试验提供参考。The running DC motors are easy to produce sparks between the brushes and the commuta- tors, which can bring hazards to the motors. The article introduces the reason of the larger spark of the brushes, which takes the starting process of the DC motors as an example. The corresponding treatment measures are proposed, which can provide the reference for the on-site commissioning tests.
