摘　　要：为实现使不具备统一标准通信接口的医疗仪器具备与信息系统互联互通、信息共享的能力,利用GoogleV8 Javascript Engine技术,通过协议转换引擎对协议转换脚本进行执行,将多种消息的医疗仪器通信协议转换为符合HL7标准的协议。设计并实现了基于V8 Javascript Engine技术的医疗仪器协议转换引擎。本研究为医疗仪器提供了统一的HL7标准接口,使其能够与信息系统进行数据交互,降低了医疗仪器信息集成的门槛,具有一定应用价值与现实意义。To make medical instruments without standard communication interface have the capability of interoperating and sharing information with information systems. Working with instrument specific Javascripts, the engine transform data of medical instruments into HL7 message. A medical protocol conversion engine based on technology of Google V8 Javascript Engine was implemented. This research standardized interfaces of medical instruments and enabled medical instruments to interoperate and exchange medical data with information systems.
