摘  要:现在数传系统已由原有的模拟式向数字式方式转变,新型数传系统普遍采用RS-485总线技术实现信息传送。设计采用STM32F103微控制器为控制核心,利用带关电隔离的串行通信转换芯片MAX1480C实现RS-485通信接口。系统工作时以RS-232通信接口向数传接口系统控制核心发送目标信息,MCU将信息处理后按通讯协议要求将信息组成数据帧,之后按照数传时序分时将数据发送至数传接收机,实现装备数传发送机和数传接收机之间的通讯。经试验验证,通信系统运行良好,误码率较低,也可应用于其它类似场合。An RS-485 data transmission system that based on the STM32F103 and MAX1480C chip is proposed in this paper. Firstly the basic hardware structure is analysed, the basic theory and the realizing method of the modules are emphased. The signals is transmitted from the STM32F103 to the goal data receive part, with its RS-232 serial port via the MAX1480C chip. The MCU is used for building the data frames and send it in a correct time schedule. The use of the MAX1480C is discussed and the direction control methoh is also discussed, including the design of the software and the hardware. In the last part, the experiment is made and from which the system can work well and suitale for other similar situations.
