摘 要:为了研究弹性发射水舱对鱼雷发射内弹道的影响,建立了等效弹性发射水舱数学模型,结合发射系统数学模型进行了仿真计算并计算了弹性水舱的等效刚度,对弹性发射水舱对发射过程中鱼雷内弹道的影响进行了定量分析。计算结果表明:弹性水舱对发射过程产生的脉冲水压可起到缓冲的作用,可在一定范围内降低发射水舱及发射管内海水压力;同时也降低了鱼雷的出管速度,影响鱼雷离艇安全及鱼雷初始弹道;所建立的弹性发射水舱模型可为该型鱼雷发射装置的新型发射水舱的设计论证及低噪声发射技术的研究提供参考。In order to study the influence of elastic launching tank(ELT) on the interior ballistics of torpedo, the mathematic model of the equivalent ELT was built,and the simulation was carried out combining with the mathematical model of launching system. The equivalent rigidity of ELT was calculated,and the effect of ELT on interior ballistics of torpedo in launching process was quantitatively analyzed. The simulation result shows that the ELT can reduce pressure of the water pulse pressure in the tank and the launching tube during the launching process, but at the same time ELT reduces the muzzle velocity of the torpedo and affects salty of torpedo launched from submarine and inital trajectory of torpedo. The model of ELT can not only be used in the design of new launching tank,but also he used in the study of low-noise launch technology.
