摘　　要：本文介绍了基于(CP2102)接口技术和智能电能表现仪的开发,结合了PDA、计算机及无线通信技术,使用Delphi、EVC开发工具,在Oracle 8i开发的关系型数据库基础上,设计开发了一种电能表现场校验与管理智能系统,实现了电力校表的无纸化工作和智能化管理。@@@@This article introduced based on (CP2102) the system electrical energy performance school meter 's development, unified PDA, the computer and the wireless communication technology , uses Delphi, the EVC develop-ment kit, in Oracle in the 8i development's relations database foundation , the design developed one kind of electrical energy table scene to verify and the management intelligent system , has realized the electric power dial gauge's paper-less work and the intellectualized management .
