摘　　要：心理健康教育是思想政治教育的基础,思想政治教育是健康心理形成的前提。在思想政治教育中,借鉴阅读疗法、朋辈心理辅导等心理健康教育的方法、手段,可提高思想政治教育工作的成效。The education of psychological health is the basis of ideological and political education,while ideological and political education is the prerequisite for the development of healthy psychology.Therefore,measures and methods like reading-centered psychotherapy,psychological guidance with the help of acquaintances which are popularly adopted in the education of psychological health can also be effectively employed in ideological and political education to achieve better results.
