摘　　要：村级集体经济股份合作制改革是继家庭承包责任制后的又一项农村体制改革创新,不断推进并完善村级集体经济股份合作制改革对保障集体资产安全、发展农村经济、维护农民合法权益、建设社会主义新农村意义重大。本文结合对改革试点杭州市江干区的调研,分析该区2002年以来村级集体经济股份合作制改革做法和实践成果,找出存在问题及发展瓶颈,并提出后续发展的建议措施,将会对其它地区实施村级集体经济股份合作制改革有较大借鉴价值。The reform of stock cooperation system of village collective economy is anther reform and innovation of rural system after the household contract responsibility system.To continue to promote and improve the reform of stock cooperation system of village collective economy is of great significance to ensure the security of collective asset,to develop the rural economy,to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and to construct the new socialist countryside.In accordance with the field research of Jianggan District as a reform pilot,this paper analyzes activities and the practice of the reformation of the stock cooperation system of the village collective economy since 2000,in order to find the existing problems and to develop the bottleneck and then to offer some suggestions for further development as the reference value for other areas in the reform of stock cooperation system of village collective economy.
