日元贬值对大连金州新区进出口贸易的影响与政策建议

摘　　要：2012年9月以来，日元兑美元、兑人民币汇率大幅走低。文章以日资企业较为集中及双边贸易较为活跃的大连金州新区为例，从贸易方式、行业、企业性质等角度分析了日元贬值对辖区内各类外贸企业的影响，指出应从积极推进人民币跨境贸易结算、提升企业品牌竞争力、加大对中小企业扶持力度等方面采取有效措施，增强企业防范汇率风险的能力。Since September 2012, USD/JPY and JPY/CNY exchange rates have been largely declining. The article gives an example of Dalian Jinzhou New District where many Japanese enterprises are located and bilateral trade is relatively active, and analyzes JPY depreciation＇s impacts on different foreign trade enterprises in the district from the perspectives of trade modes, industries and enterprise nature, etc. The authors suggests to take effective measures such as proactively promoting RMB settlement of cross-border trade, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise brands, strengthening the support for small- and medium-sized enterprises to improve enterprises＇ capability against exchange-rate risk.
