摘 要:在硝酸介质中,利用Co(II)对过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂I和结晶紫起褪色作用,研究测定钴离子的最佳实验条件,建立了动力学分光光度法测量痕量钴的新方法.在最大吸收峰波长530 nm和590 nm处,钴离子在(0.25~4.0)×10-7g/25mL范围内与ΔA呈线性关系,其线性回归方程为ΔA=0.093 73+0.412 6 CCo(II),相关系数R=0.996 8,检出限为1.0×10-8g/25mL.本方法灵敏度高,体系稳定,具有较好的选择性.A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace cobalt was established on the basis of on catalytic effect of cobalt for the oxidation arsenazoⅠ and crystalviolet by H2O2 in the medium of nitric acid. The influencing factors of reaction were investigated in detail and the optimum conditions for the determination of Co (Ⅱ) were found. The linear range of the determination for Co(Ⅱ) was (0.25~4.0)×10^-7g/25mLat 530 nm and 590nm. Linear regression equation was △A =0. 093 73 + 0.412 6CCo(Ⅱ) and the correlation coefficient R was 0. 996 8. The detection limit was 1.0 × 10^-8 g/25mL. This method was of high sensitivity, system stability and better selectivity.
