摘　　要：在健美操专项学生就业形势日趋严峻的情况下,通过对安徽省高校健美操专项毕业生及用人单位的调查,找出影响健美操专项毕业生就业的关键致因,并提出具体的可操作性建议,为高校在健美操专项人才培养过程中提供参考依据.Because it is becoming more difficult for special students of aerobics to be employed, this essay aims to find out the essential reasons for it by using the survey of employers and graduates and puts forward some operable proposals. Besides, this essay can provide reference for training college students.
