我国社区矫正对象权利之探析

摘　　要：社区矫正对象权利具有特殊性,与普通公民相比,其权利主体与权利内容呈现特殊性;与监狱内监禁的罪犯相比,其权利行使与权利状态也呈现特殊性。社区矫正对象作为公民依法享有普通公民所享有的基本权利,作为犯了罪的公民其部分权利依法受到限制,作为"弱势群体"其部分权利需要强调保护。The community correction object rights is particular,compared with ordinary citizens rights,the subjects and content of the right presents particularity;Compared with the criminals in prison,its exercise and state present special.As citizens,community correction object shall enjoy the basic rights of ordinary citizens,as sinned citizens;their part of rights is restricted according to law,as a ＂weak group＂,part of their rights need to be protected especially.
