邵阳市老年人体质健康状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：根据2010年邵阳市城乡60～64岁和65～69岁两年龄组男女老年人的体质监测结果,对邵阳市城乡老年人的身体形态、机能和素质指标进行了调查与分析.结果显示,在形态指标中,除男、女性皮褶厚度随年龄的增长呈上升趋势外,邵阳市老年人男、女性身高、体重、胸围、腰围、臀围、克托莱指数均随年龄的增加明显减少,城镇老年人各项指标均优于农村;男、女性心肺功能随年龄的升高而减退,城镇老年人心肺功能优于农村,肺活量无显著性差异;男、女性身体素质随年龄的增加而下降,坐位体前屈、握力、闭眼单脚站立、选择反应时两年龄阶段城镇老年人均优于农村,女性平衡能力和柔韧性均比男性优越.针对上述结果,本研究提出了相应的建议,以改善邵阳市老年人的体质健康状况.According to the results of constitution monitoring of 2 age groups of 60 - 64 and 65 - 69 in 2010, we investigated and analysed the form indexes, function indexes and constitution parameters of the aged of Shaoyang City. In the aspects of form indexes, apart from the rising trend of the skinfold thickness of male and female according to age increasing, the height, body weight,bust ,waistline,hip circumference and Quitelet＇s index of the aged of Shaoyang City all decreased obviously according to age increasing, all indexes of urban were superior to rural. The cardiopulmonary function of male and female decreased according to age increasing,the cardiopulmonary function of urban aged was superior to rural, but the pulmonary capacity had no significant differences. The physical quality of male and female decreased according to age increasing, but the sit-and-reach, grip strength, eye -closed and single- legged standing and choice reaction time in 2 age groups of the urban aged were all superior to rural, the balance ability and flexibility of the female were all superior to the male＇s. According to such result, our study gave relevant suggestions, in order to improve the condition of physical health of the aged of Shaoyang City.
