摘　　要：本文收集解读国际先进国家的冷水机标准,以及美国冷水机标准新版的更改变化点,并分析对比其IPLV的要求和测试方法的区别,供同行参考。This paper collects and unscrambles the standards about cooling-water machine of the developed countries, and the changes of the American new version of cooling-water machine standard. It analyzes and compares the differences of the requirements and test methods, and provides reference for the counterparts.
