桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用桂枝芍药汤结合针灸治疗,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤片结合针灸治疗,将两组患者的治疗总体疗效、各项症状、体征变化情况、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率优于对照组,各项症状、体征缓解程度均优于对照组(P均<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:桂枝芍药知母汤加减结合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效好,且安全性高,可较快缓解疾病状况。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction plus acupuncture treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：120 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction plus acupuncture and the control group was given methotrexate tablets combined with acupuncture.To compare the total efficacy,the symptoms,signs changes and adverse reaction rates of the two groups.Results：The total efficacy of the treatment group was higher than the control group.And the symptoms and signs remission degree were also better than the control group.Conclusion：Treating rheumatoid arthritis with the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction plus acupuncture has a significant effect,and is safety and fast.
