史正刚教授运用菖蒲郁金汤合牵正散治疗多发性抽动症经验

摘　　要：史正刚教授根据小儿生理病理特点,认为小儿多发性抽动症主要是心肝有余,其次为脾肾亏虚,兼有风湿痰瘀所致。临床应用菖蒲郁金汤合牵正散清心疏肝、化痰活血、健脾益肾、息风止痉,同时注重心理调护,每获良效。According to the infantile physiological and pathological features,Professor SHI Zheng-gang thinks tourette syndrome （TS） is main caused by exuberant heart and liver,secondly caused by asthenia of spleen and kidney,with Fengshi Tanzu.Professor SHI uses Changpu Yujin decoction combined with Qianzheng powder to clear away the heart-fire,smooth the liver,resolve phlegm and activate blood stasis,invigorate spleen and kidney and stop spasm.At the same time,psychiatric nursing is given.It is demonstrated to be effective on tourette syndrome.
