健脾渗湿方治疗脾虚湿困型分泌性中耳炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾渗湿方治疗脾虚湿困型分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法:将60例患者随机分成两组,每组各30人。对照组口服头孢拉定、沐舒坦片,并对患耳施行鼓膜穿刺术,观察组在对照组的基础上加服健脾渗湿方。结果:用药2周后,治疗组的总有效率为87.5%,对照组的总有效率为81.08%,两者有限制性差异(P<0.05);用药2个月后,治疗组的总有效率为80%,对照组的总有效率为75.67%(P<0.05)。结论:健脾渗湿方可改善脾虚湿困型分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpi Shenshi recipe on treating secretory otitis media of splenasthenic hygrosis type.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.The control group was orally given Cefradine and Ambroxol combined with auripuncture,while the treated group was given Jianpi Shenshi recipe more.Results：The total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 87.5% and 81.08% respectively after 2 weeks＇ treatment,with significant differences between （P〈0.05）.And the total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 80% and 75.67% respectively after 2 months＇ follow-up visit,with significant differences between （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Jianpi Shenshi recipe had a significant effect on improving the clinical efficacy on secretory otitis media of splenasthenic hygrosis type.
