自拟降脂通脉汤治疗高脂血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂通脉汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选择74例高脂血症患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组40例采用自拟方药降脂通脉汤水煎剂治疗,对照组34例服用血脂康胶囊治疗,治疗时间2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率为88.2%,治疗组降脂作用明显优于对照组。结论:降脂通脉汤治疗高脂血症疗效确切,有较好的降脂作用,值得进一步观察研究。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiangzhi Tongmai decoction on hyperlipemia.Methods：74 patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the treated group and 34 patients in the control group.The control group was given Xuezhikang capsules,while the treated group was given self-made Jiangzhi Tongmai decoction.The treatment lasted for 2 months.Results：The total effective rate in the treated group was 97.5%,significantly better than that in the control group 88.2%.Conclusion：Jiangzhi Tongmai decoction had a significant effect on hyperlipemia,worthy a further research.
