小续命汤治疗脑血管病的研究进展

摘　　要：中药复方小续命汤是中医常用于治疗中风病的有效方剂。文献研究发现,它可以通过多通路调控脑缺血的病理生理过程,来达到有效治疗脑卒中的目的。下面从几方面论述小续命汤治疗中风的机理:①神经保护作用;②改善缺血后脑功能;③对脑血管病危险因素的影响;④对脑缺血模型海马CA1区神经元具有明显的保护作用;⑤对脑缺血大鼠脑线粒体的保护作用。充分体现了小续命汤多组分、多途径、多靶点的整和调节的优势与特点。是小续命汤疗效卓著的药理学基础。The traditional Chinese medical prescription Xiaoxuming Decoction is famous for treating stroke.The study find that it can control the pathophysiological process of brain ischemia through multiple access to achieve obvious curative effect in the treatment of cerebral stroke.The mechanisation of Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of stroke are as follows：①protecting nerves;②improving the ischemic brain function;③ affecting the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease;④ obvious protective effect on neurons of hippocampal CA1 area in the cerebral ischemia model;⑤protecting the mitochondria of cerebral ischemia rats.The advantages and characteristics,multicomponents,multi-channel and targets of the whole and regulation are the pharmacology foundation of Xiaoxuming decoction to obtain curative effect.
