摘  要:发电企业输煤系统多采用转运站式高压静电除尘器进行除尘,由于除尘器在运行过程中需要定时停机清灰,停机清灰过程约1min,造成煤尘飞扬,很快污染整个转运站。本文利用输煤系统双路运行2台除尘器的优势,通过修改程序和增加连接风道等,将2台除尘器互为备用,在某1台停机清灰前,自动投入另1台除尘器,借助另1台除尘器来消除清灰过程的影响,提升输煤系统环保指数。Transfer point type high pressure electrostatic precipitator is widely adopted in coal handling system of electricity generation enterprise to dedust. For timing halt deashing for about one minute is needed in the process of precipitator operation, causing fly upward of coal dust that polluted the whole forwarding station. In this paper, though program modification and connecting air flue increasing, two sets of precipitator standby each other taking advantages of twin channel operation of coal handling system. Before one halts, the other puts into use automatically. It promotes the indicator of coal handling system with the help of another dust remover eliminating dust.
