包头煤制烯烃项目水煤浆气化装置运行情况分析

摘　　要：主要介绍神华包头煤制烯烃项目气化装置,从2011年1月1日至2012年6月30日的商业化运行情况。从原料、产品、安全环保和管理等方面,分析了对气化炉运行情况的影响,探讨了GE水煤浆气化工艺技术的特点,总结了生产过程中出现的问题及解决办法,指出了需要继续改进提高的关键问题。It mainly introduces the commercialized operation condition on gasification equipment of coal-to-olefin project in Baotou, Shenhua from January 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. It presents operation condition and gained results, meanwhile, it analyzes the effect on operation condition on gasification furnace from the aspect of raw material, products, safety environmental protection and management, discuss features on GE water-coal-slurry gasification technology, summarizes the appearing problems and solutions in the process of production and points out key problems that is needed to be improved continuously.
