摘　　要：分析国防交通工程专业任职教育的特点，探究国防交通工程专业任职教育改革的思路和内容，根据国防交通工程专业任职教育的需求，提出国防交通工程专业任职教育的课程内容、培训方案，给出国防交通工程专业任职教育转型建设的对策建议。The main theme of this paper is to deal with the problem of the methodology of the post-oriented teaching whether the defense transportation department in order to develop the teaching methodology and teaching approach or not. Based on the requirement of the post-oriented education of the defense transportation department,it made a completed courses approach and training plan which can provide plenty of useful advice and decisions that can improve the transfor- mation work of career education.
