摘　　要：为适应院校教育转型对专业教学提出的新要求，围绕汽车指挥专业任职教育面临的共性问题，以汽车分队指挥专业教学为研究对象，以深化专业勤务教学改革为抓手，结合专业教学实际，理论研究与实践探索相结合，从专业课组织管理模式、专业课教学方式、专业课考核方法以及专业课组训保障等方面开展专业课组训方式的改革研究，旨在促进汽车分队指挥专业的建设与发展。In order to satisfy the new requirement of military education transformation,this paper centers on the common issues which professional education should be faced with, takes automobile transport command teaching as research object, it combined with specialty teaching reality, practice combined with theory, this paper puts forward the contents and counter- measures about the reform of specialized courses training way to ensure its reform and development.
