摘　　要：根据我院汽车指挥专业任职教育建设发展现状，立足学院现有教学资源和条件，着重从强化现代任职教育理念、完善任职教育课程和教材体系、改进任职教育的方式方法、提高任职教育教学队伍整体水平、做好任职教育相关保障工作等方面，探讨了如何加强汽车指挥专业任职教育转型建设发展。Based on the actuality and condition of specialty department post-oriented education,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen post-oriented education idea, transform teaching methods, enhance the ability of teaching staff, and organize the related supporting.
