摘　　要：针对装备保障专业任职教育转型建设问题，从任职教育特点规律、装备保障专业培训对象结构与目标分析以及课程体系构建、组训模式研究、教员队伍培养与教学管理等方面进行了研究。Aiming at the existing problem of the equipment support specialty transformation and development,this paper studies the characteristics and regulation of post-oriented military education, the structure and goal of the specialty training, the designing of the course system, the team training, instructors construction, teaching management and so on.
