鼻窦手术同期行鼻中隔矫正术临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻窦手术同期施行鼻中隔矫正术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果及优点。方法选取2009年5月至2012年11月期间我院收治的82例鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象，在麻醉情况下，同时进行鼻窦手术和鼻中隔矫正术，随访6—20个月，观察患者的疗效情况。结果随访20个月后，82例患者治愈69例（84．15％），好转11例（13．41％），无效2例（2．44％），总有效率为97．56％。6例患者术后并发鼻腔粘连，所有患者鼻中隔偏曲得到矫正，未出现鼻中隔脓肿、血肿等不良情况。结论鼻窦手术同期进行鼻中隔矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎疗效确切，且手术安全有效，减少了患者反复疼痛，也降低患者的经济负担，值得推广使用。ObJectiVe InveStigate the septum diorthosis sinus surgery over the same period clinical effect and advantages of treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods Select 82 patients as the research object, under the condition of anesthesia, and sinus sur- gery and nasal sepmm correction. After surgery for these patients were followed up for 6 - 20 months, to observe the curative effect of patients. Result After 20 months of follow-up, 82 patients cured 69 cases （ 84.15% ）, 11 cases （ 13.41% ）, ineffective in 2 cases （ 2.44% ）, the total effective rate was 97.56%.Caused by nasal adhesion after 6 patients, all patients with nasal septum deviation correction, as well as the nasal septum, hematoma, abscess did not happen. Conelution The treatment of nasal sep- turn debiation combined chronic sinusitis curative effect is exact and effective.
