摘　　要：目的探讨寰枢关节脱位手术的手术配合。方法回顾对32例患者行寰枢关节脱位手术的手术配合。结果无一例感染，手术成功率大大提高。结论由于此类手术风险大，对手术的配合也提出了更高的要求。因此，术前做好病人的心理护理，物品准备，术中密切配合，以保证手术顺利进行。objective Discuss surgical operation with atlanto-axial joint dislocation. Methods Review of 32 patients with dislocation operation of atlanto-axial joint surgery. Result Due to such an operation risk big, the cooperation is also put forward higher requirements for surgery. In order to guarantee operation go smoothly, make the patient＇s psychological nursing, preop- erative preparation, intraoperative close cooperation.
