摘　　要：地学科学充满着矛盾 ,地质找矿充满着矛盾。同样 ,矿政管理也充满着矛盾 ,必须用矛盾法则来指导和研究解决矛盾 ,推动管理工作不断前进。本文运用矛盾法则 ,选取了矿政管理中几个矛盾体 。There are full of contradictions in geoscience, there are full of contradictions in geological prospecting, there are likewise contradictions in administrative management of geology and mineral resources, we should resolve these contradictions by the contradictory law in the working to carry the administrative management of geology and mineral resources a step forward. Some contradictory “bodies” chosen in the administrative management of geology and mineral resources in Jilin province are discussed by the contradictory law in this paper.
