摘　　要：矿产资源决定着一个国家的经济实力和发展潜力。矿产资源的可持续利用是我国实现可持续发展战略的核心问题 ,本文力图通过分析我国“矿产资源法”的颁布、实施、修改过程来说明实现依法治矿 。Mineral resources determine the national strength and developmental potentiality. The sustainable utilization of mineral resources is a key problem for sustainable development strategy in China. This paper tries hard to show how to carry out mineral management by “the Law of Mineral Resources” through the promulgation, enforcement and modification of “the Law of Mineral Resources”. So, it has become a necessity for mineral resources managedment by law.
