五维甘草那敏胶囊联合人胎盘脂多糖治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察五维甘草那敏胶囊联合人胎盘脂多糖治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组采用口服五维甘草那敏胶囊,同时隔日肌注人胎盘脂多糖,对照组单独口服五维甘草那敏胶囊,两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为85.0%;对照组有效率为68.3%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五维甘草那敏胶囊联合人胎盘脂多糖治疗慢性荨麻疹,疗效显著,安全性高,不良反应小。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Wuweigancaonamin capsule combined with Human Placen-ta Lipopolysaccharide in the treamaent of chronic urticaria. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic ur-ticaria were divided into two groups randomly, the study group （60 patients） and the control group （60 patients）. Patients in the study group were treated by Wuweigancaonamin capsule orally and were given Human Placenta Lipopolysaccha-ride every two days. Patients in the control group were treated by Wuweigancaonamin capsule alone. All the patients were treated for four weeks. Results The effective rate was 85.0% in the study group, significantly higher than 68.3% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Wuweigancaonamin capsule and Human Placenta Li-popolysaccharide is a safe and effective way for treating chronic urticaria, and the side effect is quite small.
