高频彩色多普勒超声在男性乳腺发育症诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨男性乳腺发育症的高频彩色多普勒超声表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析成都大学附属医院自2007年10月至2012年10月行高频彩色多普勒超声检查的29例男性乳腺发育症的声像图特点并对其进行总结。结果 29例男性乳腺肿块均经临床或病理证实为乳腺增生。腺体层厚度3～15mm,平均约6.3mm。男性乳腺发育症的超声表现为乳头下方或偏向一侧的弥漫型、结节型及类女性乳腺型低回声区,回声不均匀或斑片状回声,边界清楚,血流不丰富,部分病例探及点状血流信号。结论高频彩色多普勒超声具有简便、无创伤、可重复性、敏感性高的特点,是诊断男性乳腺增生症首选检查及动态监测的有效手段。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency Doppler ultrasound in gynecomastia.Methods The sonographic features of the 29 patients with gynecomastia examined by high-frequency Doppler ultrasound from Oct.2007 to Oct.2012 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The breast lumps of the 29 patients were proved to be mammary gland hyperplasia.The thickness of the breast gland was 3～15 mm（6.3 mm in average）.The sonographic feature was the hypo-echoic area below or to one side of the niddle,and the shape presented as diffuse nodular type,female breast and nodules type.Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can be as the first detection and dynamic monitoring choice because it is simple,noninvasive,repeatable,highly sensitive and effective.
