摘　　要：提出了一种确定区域性椭球元素的新方法 ,与现有的确定方法相比 ,它不再是仅在单点上使区域性椭球面与城市平均高程面相交 ,而是充分利用多个点上的已知高程使两个面充分地接近 ,从而减少This paper puts forward a new method of determining the elements of the regional ellipsoid for urban control networks. Compared with the prevenient methods, it is no more to make intersection of the ellipsoidal surface and the surface of mean height only in a single point, but to approximate those two surfaces in several points. By way of this one can reduce the scale difference resulted from inclination of the ellipsoidal surface toward the surface of mean height.
