摘 要:为提高太原选煤厂粗煤泥分选效果,在对<3 mm粒级粗煤泥煤质分析的基础上,对粒度下限为0.5 mm和0.25 mm的7个不同粒级粗煤泥进行分选试验。试验结果表明:入料粒度组成是决定TBS干扰床分选机分选效果的关键因素,当入料粒度为1.5~0.25 mm和3~0.5 mm时,其分选效果最理想;在合适的上升流流速下,可得到灰分为8.50%~8.70%的精煤产品,精煤产率在84.9%以上,可燃体回收率超过91%;增加上升流流速,精煤产率可继续增大,但精煤质量明显降低。In order to improve the separation effect of coarse coal slime in Taiyuan coal preparation plant,on the basis of analyzing the quality of coarse coal slime in < 3 mm size range,Separation test performed on 7 different size fractions of coarse coal slime in the low limit of 0.5 mm and 0.25 mm.The test result shows that the size range of feeding is the critical factor which influences TBS separation effects,when the size of feeding is 1.5-2.5 mm and 3-0.5 mm,the separation result is best.Under appropriate up-flowing water velocity,fine products with ash content of 8.50%-8.70% can be obtained,and with yield exceeding 84.9%,combustible material recovery is above 91%.When the up-flowing water velocity is added,the yield of clean coal will continue to increase,but the clean product quality will be significantly decreased.
