摘 要:云南罗平县史家寨煤矿原煤灰分高、硫分高,其中可供回收的有价矿物主要是煤和黄铁矿。根据原煤特性,提出全浮选工艺流程,即先浮煤抑硫、再活化浮选硫;并对煤浮选的加药方式和药剂用量进行了优化,基于加药方式和药剂用量的优化,对煤进行了小型闭路浮选试验。试验最终获得了产率为37.18%、硫含量为5.38%、碳品位为41.10%、碳回收率为83.05%的精煤和产率为6.18%、碳含量为9.04%、硫品位为42.49%、硫回收率为30.56%的硫精矿。选矿过程中,在氧化钙用量合适的情况下,采用分段添加柴油的方式可大幅提高精煤产率,降低选矿成本;只有尽可能地将煤选出,才能同时保证硫精矿的品位和回收率。Coal and pyrite are the valuable minerals that can be recycled in the raw coal with high ash and sulfur content in Shijiazhai mine,Luoping country,Yunnan province.According to the characteristics of the coal sample,a flotation flowsheet is proposed to process the ore in this paper.The coal is separated by depressing the pyrite firstly.Then the pyrite is activated and flotated.The small-scale closed circuit experiment is conducted based on the optimization of reagent scheme and dosage.A coal concentrate with a yield of 37.18%,assaying 41.10% C and 5.38% S at a C recovery of 83.05%,and a S concentrate with a yield of 6.18%,assaying 9.04% C and 42.49% S at a S recovery of 30.56% are obtained by the experiment.Conditional test results show that collector diesel oil with stage addition can greatly improve the recovery of coal concentrate and decrease beneficiation cost in the condition of optimizing calcium oxide dosage.Comparing the closed circuit flotation tests,it seems that the S concentrate of high grade and yield can be obtained while coal is only as far as possible flotated cleanly in coal flotation operation.
