摘 要:以新汶矿业集团有限责任公司赵官矿选煤厂主厂房为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件AN-SYS对其创建有限元模型和进行模态分析,计算出了主厂房的前6阶固有频率和模态振型,并确定了其振动特性。模态分析结果表明:主厂房前6阶固有频率在1.725 2~5.133 2 Hz之间,远小于振动筛的工作频率15 Hz,所以在振动筛正常工作时主厂房不存在共振现象;随着主厂房前6阶固有频率的增大,主厂房的振型也越来越复杂,当变形达到一定程度时,主厂房将遭到损坏。主厂房的模态分析结果为该厂的振动分析提供了理论依据,同时,也为进一步的谐响应分析和结构优化提供了参考数据。Taking the main building in coal preparation plant in Zhaoguan coal mine as the research object,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS established the finite element model and analyzed that modal,calculated the natural frequency and modal shape of front six orders of the main building,also confirmed its vibration characteristics.The result of modal analysis shows that the natural frequency of front six order of the main building between 1.725 2 Hz and 5.133 2 Hz,that far less than the 15 Hz working frequency of vibrating screen,so the main building in coal preparation plant does not exist resonance phenomenon under the normal working condition;Along with the front six order natural frequency of the main building increases,the mode shape of the main building is becoming more and more complicated,when the deformation reaches a certain degree,the plant will be damaged.The model analysis provides the theoretical basis for vibration analyzing,also the data reference for further harmonic analysis and structure optimization.
