摘　　要：论文在保证图像质量和编码比特率不变的前提下,根据图像的自身特征和预测模式的统计特征,并结合4×4像素亮度块9种模式概率选择的优次性与方向性,设计了一种基于H.264标准的快速帧内预测算法。实验结果表明,该算法计算复杂度很低。In order to ensure image quality and encoding bit rate is roughly,according to the statistical characteristics about the image characteristics and prediction models,combining with the 4×4 pixel brightness mode probability of selection priorities and direction,a fast intra frame prediction algorithm based on H.264 video coding standard is designed.The experimental results show that this algorithm is very low computational complexity.
