摘 要:目的:对中药钩藤的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和HPLC制备色谱以及重结晶方法分离纯化得到单体化合物,采用有机波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从钩藤总生物碱萃取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为去氢硬毛钩藤碱N-氧化物、卡达宾、去氢钩藤碱、喜果苷、钩藤碱、异钩藤碱。结论:去氢硬毛钩藤碱N-氧化物为新天然产物。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Uncaria rhynchophyUa. Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography (silica gel, Toyopearl HW-40C and preparative HPLC). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. Results: Six compounds (1-6) were isolated and their structures were identified by comparison of their spectral data with literature values as follows: Hirsuteine N-oxide (1), cadambine (2), corynoxeine (3), vincoside Lactam (4), rhyn- chophylline (5), isorhynchophylline (6). Conclusion: Hirsuteine N-oxide has been encountered for the first time in natural sources.
