摘 要:针对双向DC/DC变换器存在开关损耗高等问题,提出了一种由Cuk电路单元和Buck/Boost电路单元组合的相移加PWM控制的双向DC/DC变换器。该变换器通过相移加PWM的控制方式减小了变换器的电流应力,减小通态损耗,从而提高效率,具有全负载零电压开关范围,较大的升降压转换比和高效率等特点。文章介绍了这种新型双向DC/DC变换器的电路结构,详细分析了该变换器的工作原理和稳态性能,最后用Matlab仿真验证了其理论分析的正确性。Contrary to the presence of higher switching losses for bi-directional DC/DC converter, this paper proposed a hi-directional IX2/DC converter, which is consist of Cuk circuit unit and Buck/Boost circuit unit a combination of phase shift plus the PWM control. The converter through the phase shift plus the PWM control mode to reduce the current stress and the on-state losses of the converter, thereby improving the efficiency. It has characteristics of zero voltage switching range of full load, the larger conversion ratio of step-up/step-down and high efficiency. This paper described the circuit structure of this new bi-directional DC/DC converter, analyzed the working principle and the steady-state performance of the converter in detail. Finally, it verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis by the Matlab simulation.
