摘　　要：介绍了聚氯乙烯树脂生产中塔清净塔、碱洗塔等自身的气液平衡和物料平衡,通过改造塔板和液体分布器,选用合适的塔填料,提高了塔的处理能力和效率,降低了塔压降,增加了操作弹性,满足了生产需要。It was introduced that combined with the tower＇s the vapor-liquid equilibrium and mass balance by itself in the production of PVC resin, through the studying of the reconstruction plate and liquid distributor, selection of suitable packing tower, improves the processing capacity and efficiency, reduce the tower pressure drop, increases the operation flexibility, to meet the need of production.
