摘 要:城市轨道交通运营安全的影响因素众多,运营风险增大。本文结合其特点,综合客流、关键设备及环境状态等要素,构建车站、线路两层城市轨道交通运营安全评价指标体系。对该评价指标体系进行分析后,采用增益型加权综合法对指标进行计算;基于评价指标体系特点,分别将车站、线路运营安全等级划分为4级,确定安全等级临界点,将评价结果形式化。MATLAB仿真结果表明该方法基本可行,为制定城市轨道交通运营安全政策和措施提供参考。Urban rail transit safety is affected by multiple factors and operation risks are enlarged. In this paper, combining with passenger flow, key equipment, environment and so on, both the two-level station and line operation safety evaluation index systems were established. The Gain-weighted Comprehensive Evaluation method was used for index calculation. On the basis of the characteristics of the evaluation index systems , station and line operation safety was both divided into four grades, the critical points of all safety grades were determined and the evaluation results were formalized. MATLAB simulation results prove the feasibility of the proposed method. Theoretical reference was provided for decision-making and formulation of operation safety pollcies and measures for urban rail transit.
