摘  要:中国PMP/PMF估算方法的主要特点有二:一是针对具体(特定)工程进行PMP/PMF估算,其背景是实测自记暴雨资料较少、地形条件复杂、大型水利水电工程控制流域面积大、PMP/PMF研究以水文工作者为主;二是注重4个方面的结合,即注重分析计算与工程特点相结合、水文与气象相结合、定性与定量相结合、成因分析与数理统计相结合。PMP/PMF estimation method in China has two main characteristics: first, PMP/PMF estimates for specific project, for which the self-recording rainfall observation data is insufficient, the terrain conditions is complex, with large area controlled by large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project, and hydrelogists are the main people for PMP/PMF study; second, it focuses on four aspects, which are on the combination of analysis and calculation and engineering characteristics, the combination of hydrology and meteorology, the combination of qualitative and quantita-tive, and the combination of genetic analysis and mathematical statistics.
